| The Acadiana Center for the Arts serves as a regranting agency for funds provided by the Louisiana Division of the Arts and Lafayette Consolidated Government. The AcA funds projects and arts organizations in the following parishes through the Decentralized Arts Funding (DAF) program: Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary and Vermilion. Additionally, grant funds are available in Lafayette Parish through Community Arts Funding and Partnership Awards. All AcA grant programs are competitive. Applications may be fully funded, partially funded or not funded based on the number and quality of applications received and available funds. Grant awards are made based on a panel review process. The AcA welcomes panelist nominations from all parts of the region. The staff of the AcA is available for technical assistance prior to grant deadlines. Applicants may request help designing a successful project, selecting artists to participate in the project, and completing the application form. You are encouraged to contact the AcA's Community Development Director Gwen Richard.
