Policy
Thank you for considering the AcA for your event.
PLEASE
READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING A RENTAL REQUEST FORM.
If you are calling the
AcA to request rental information (pricing, dates, space information, etc) you
will be asked to fill out a Rental Request form. If you do not have access to
the website a form can be mailed or faxed to you. Once your request has been
received you will be contacted within two (2) weeks of the submission date. The
Facilities Manager will then schedule a consultation to discuss your event as
well as AcA policies, procedures, logistics and fees required for your event.

Questions
What spaces are
available?
The
AcA has five (5) primary rental spaces currently available. Our
state-of-the-art 300-seat Theater, a combination Atrium/Café space, The
Artist's Lounge, the Vault, and the Art House. We also have a few smaller
spaces (e.g. Art Cube, Board Room) available upon request. The Main Gallery and
Side Gallery are available for rental only on a case-by-case basis.
How much are rental
fees?
Rental
fees vary widely by room, from a minimum of $300 for a 3-hour event in the
Vault to over $5,000 for a reception utilizing the entire Theater. Once we have
an idea of your event needs, we can quote you a price.
How do I know if
space is available?
Our
Facilities Manager maintains a calendar with all AcA events, including rental
events. Once you have submitted your Rental Request form, we can check
availability of the specific room, date, and time you need and respond to your
request within two (2) weeks.
When can I tour the
facility?
At
the time you submit a Rental Request form, please include in your email a note
requesting a tour of the facility. Once we have received your Rental Request form
and your request for a tour, our Facilities Manager will contact you to
schedule a date and time to view the AcA.
Facility Rental
Confirmation & Booking Guidelines
A rental will not be
considered confirmed until the Lease Agreement and Rental Invoice have been
completed and the AcA has received the rental and damage deposits. The balance
of the Rental Fee becomes due 30 days before the event date (or immediately,
should the event date begin within 30 days of completion of the Lease
Agreement). If the balance of the Rental Fee has not been received by the AcA
at the due time, the AcA reserves the right to release the booking date, and
retain the rental deposit.

Cancellation Policy
After the Lease Agreement and Rental Invoice have been signed the rental deposit is non-refundable. In the case that an event is canceled 30 days prior to the scheduled event day, the AcA has the right to retain full rental fees due by the renter.

Our preferred vendor for all event rental needs is Party Central.
