Music by Black Composers Recital – LAMTA

This recital spotlights works by Black composers – voices that have been historically underrepresented in classical music.

LAMTA members and local musicians will perform solo and chamber pieces, creating a space for community members to experience a richer, more diverse classical music tradition.

It’s part of our ongoing effort to broaden what students and audiences hear and celebrate in Acadiana’s music scene.
