Poetry Reading with Darrell Bourque

Join us in the AcA Dora Rauschenberg Eduction Studio for a poetry reading by former poet laureate, Darrell Bourque of IN MEDIAS RES: How One Story Becomes Another.
Darrell Bourque will be reading poetry from his most recent publication, “Until We Talk”. Each poem is brought to life through an abstract painting by Bill Gingles and explores the tensions, losses, and geo-political climate surrounding families caught in the Israeli and Palestinian conflicts throughout modern years.
“Until We Talk” will be sold during the event and a percentage of the proceeds will go towards AcA’s renovation of the Dora Rauschenberg Education Studio.
