About
Arts in Education
AcA brings arts experiences to more than 60,000 young people across Acadiana from pre- through high school by placing professional teaching artists in schools, facilitating field trips, performances, and hosting student art festivals. Through this work, AcA is able to ensure that every student in our public school system gets equal access to the arts.
AcA serves every public school in Lafayette, St. Landry, Vermilion, St. Martin, and Iberia Parishes. These programs are growing fast and are on track to expand to all parishes in Acadiana!
Attend Gulf Brew 2026!
Now hosted by Downtown Lafayette, Gulf Brew takes place on Saturday, September 19th from 3pm – 7pm for an afternoon packed with cold beer, live music, craft vendors, and the festival vibes you know and love Downtown.
