This exhibition features selected works from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s Formal & Conceptual Development through Drawing class a keystone of the studies within the College of the Arts. These works explore contemporary issues and themes through experimental approaches utilizing traditional and untraditional materials and modes. In this setting artists begin to find their true artistic voices on which they will build their mature bodies of work beyond the bounds of university.
