Nhi Ngo: Things I’ve Felt
Nhi Ngo’s inspiration stems from insecurities and sealed emotions that we have all experienced, but also from trauma and addiction. This exhibition features felted sculptures from loose sheep wool made through the process of needle felting. consists of sustained, repetitive punctures of the wool with a barbed needle. These sculptures want to be felt, heard, and seen in the chance that the beholder can make a meaningful connection that goes beyond the object’s soft surface.
